In April 2023, operators of the National Line received and processed about 350 calls and initiated almost 180 new requests. These are mainly applications from IDPs to receive humanitarian aid and consultations on general issues.

In addition, the applicants were also interested in questions regarding:

• cancellation of IDP payments for some communities;
• consultation on receiving humanitarian aid;
• consultation on receiving payments from international organizations for IDPs, residents of de-occupied territories and victims of hostilities, etc.
