Results of the work of the National Support and Recovery Line for January 2023

During the first month of the new year, operators of the National Line received and processed about 400 calls and initiated almost 300 appeals.

The most frequently asked questions by citizens:

• registration of IDP status and payments;
• consultation on receiving humanitarian aid;
• consultation on receiving payments from international organizations for IDPs, residents of de-occupied territories and victims of hostilities, etc.
